Purpose and acceptable use
UltraMythos provides general information about mythology, folklore, legendary beings, traditional stories, and creative resources. You may browse the site and use its tools for personal reading, learning, and creative work. Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its availability or other visitors.
Do not use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful material, probe or compromise its security, disrupt its operation, or systematically scrape or copy its content in a way that interferes with the service or violates applicable rights.
Information and creative tools
Content is provided for general informational, educational, and creative purposes. Mythological and folkloric accounts can vary, and an interactive tool may simplify a subject or generate a fictional starting point. Do not treat generated names or worldbuilding prompts as authentic names, beliefs, or practices from a real culture.
The tools run in your browser as currently implemented. You are responsible for reviewing and saving any output you want to keep; the site does not promise that a particular result will be available later.
Content and intellectual property
Original UltraMythos writing, site design, and commissioned or site-created illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms grants a general license to reproduce them. You may quote or link to site material where permitted by applicable law, with appropriate attribution.
Traditional stories, cultural material, ancient works, translations, and third-party material are distinct from original site content. UltraMythos does not claim ownership of a tradition or of material belonging to another rights holder. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms; the locally bundled fonts also include their respective license files.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to external resources. Those resources are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every statement or service on the destination.
Messages and user material
The current project does not provide accounts, comments, public submissions, or an upload form. If you choose to email the site, you are responsible for the material you send and should avoid including information you do not want transmitted by email. No public display or reuse of a message is promised.
Availability and limitations
The site and its content are provided on an informational basis and may contain errors, omissions, interruptions, or outdated material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, UltraMythos does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is complete or suitable for every purpose. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Site features and these terms may change as the project develops. The version displayed on this page applies while it is posted. If a material feature is added, the terms should be reviewed to reflect it.
